Gladrags Little Miss and Master India 2012 North Zone contest

At a spectacular finale held last night at St. Stephens School, Chandigarh, Mrs. Gargi Duggal, a homemaker residing at Panchkula, was crowned Gladrags Mrs India North Zone by a Judges Panel comprising of Mrs. Maureen Wadia, President Gladrags Beauty Pageants and Editor-in-Chief cum President, Gladrags Magazine, Dr. Gary Sandhu and Ms. Candy Brar. The First Runner-Up was Raima Prashar, a business woman of Chandigarh while the Second Runner-up was Model and Event Manager Diksha Luthra of Chandigarh. All three will now participate in the All-India finals the Gladrags Mrs. India 2012 contest to be held in Mumbai in October.

The Gladrags Mrs. India contest is based on the changing life styles of Indian married women.  This reality series includes the participation of the entire family, husbands, children, parents, in-laws and friends.  This is a series based on every married woman who may have sacrificed her professional life to be a stay-at-home mom or a wife who juggles home and a career together.

The Gladrags Little Miss and Master 2012 North Zone Contest was held for two age groups of children – Juniors up to 8 years and Seniors from 9 to 16 years.

2 year old Saira Sabharwal of Jalandhar and 7 year old Aariv Goel of Chandigarh topped in the Junior Girls and Boys categories respectively, while 15 years old Karun Singh of Mohali and  11 year old Madhav Banati of Chandigarh were adjudged the first in the Senior Girls and Boys categories respectively. The participants were adjudged on a wide range of parameters including poise, confidence, ramp walk, special talents and abilities etc.
