Gladrags today held the auditions for the Gladrags Mrs. India 2012 Contest  as well as the Gladrags Miss and Master India North Zone Contest at Hotel Western Court, Sector 43, Chandigarh. 80 contestants vied for the top honours in the two contests. The judges included Mrs. Maureen Wadia, President Gladrags Beauty Pageants and Editor Gladrags Magazine, smile specialist Dr. Gary Sandhu and supermodel Ms. Candy Brar.

The Gladrags Little Miss and Master 2012 Contest is India's first unisex pageant for children and auditions were held for two age groups of children – Juniors up to 8 years and Seniors from 9 to 16 years. A total of 61 children participated in the auditions (Junior Girls: 22, Junior Boys: 17; Senior Girls: 13, Senior Boys: 19) of which 12 will be selected for the North Zone  finals which will be held in May 2012 at Chandigarh.

There were 19 contestants for the  Gladrags Mrs. India 2012 auditions. The Mrs. India TV reality series, which  is based on the changing life styles of Indian married women.  This reality series includes the participation of the entire family, husbands, children, parents, in-laws and friends.  This is a series based on every married woman who may have sacrificed her professional life to be a stay-at-home mom or a wife who juggles home and a career together.
