Fresher’s Set Stage on Fire
Mohali, September 12, 2014: Freshers were accorded a rousing welcome at the Khalsa College of Technology and Business Studies, Mohali here today at a Fresher’s Party.
The Mr Fresher title went to Milan Kaushal of B.Com First Year while Miss Fresher title was fetched by Tamanpreet Kaur of B.Com First year and Runner up were Parneeta of MBA First year and Shivam of BCA First year.
Prof Daljeet Kaur, Dean Cultural activities. Prof Vikas Ghai, Prof Vriti, Prof Harsiman were the judges for picking up the best participants from Ramp Modelling .
A cultural extravaganza was also held which enlivened the celebrations with folk songs, singing, dancing and classical singing.
Dr Harish Kumari, Principal Khalsa College who welcomed the students and inspired them to work hard to attain heights in future.

New Session begins at Khalsa College

Mohali, September 4, 2014:In continuation with the tradition followed by Khalsa College Amritsar, an “Aarambhik Ardaas” was held at Khalsa College (Amritsar) of Technology and Business Studies, Mohali . It marks an auspicious start of the new session.
Rajinder Mohan Singh Chinna, Honorary Secretary of Khalsa College Charitable Society, Amritsar sought blessings of the almighty for the success of the students and the college.
He congratulated the Principal, Dr. Harish Kumari and her staff for exemplary results with which the college has improved its performance and touched new heights.
A book entitled “Navigating Business in 21th century: Challenges and Opportunities was released by the chief guest on the occasion. The book is compilation of the papers presented on the national seminar on “Navigating Business in 21th century: Challenges and Oppertunities” organised by the college in Jan 2014.
